For orders over $200.00 shipping is FREE in Canada; Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 for USA
Orders Below $200 Value (Before Tax):
- Shipping destination in Ontario, shipping is a flat rate of $11.50
- Shipping destination elsewhere in Canada, shipping is a flat rate of $14.00
- Shipping destination in the United States, shipping is a flat rate of $15.00

For all orders with shipping destinations outside Canada & the United States, shipping rates are based on Canada Post Air Service rate.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 10 days of receiving your order. Please contact us between 8:30am – 5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday, at (855) 609-2333 or email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org. To assist us with this process, please include your order number in the email or have it available when calling.
Product must be unopened and unused with all original packaging intact. Unfortunately, products that have been open or used CANNOT be accepted for return. When returning a product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. Customers are solely responsible for shipping costs on any returned products to XCEED Health Solutions. We will not be responsible for any shipping loss or damage on returns.
The original shipping costs of the returned item are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an unopened item for refund, we will process and issue the refund within 7-10 business days of receiving a valid return. Refunds will be made to the credit card that was originally charged.
